How does the collaboration work?

You work exclusively with our Golden service team. We handle the entire process, including customs c communication, production, and delivery. You benefit from a China contact person and sole communication channels. All payments are made to a Golden bank account.

Where is your production capabilities?

Our production facility is located in Shenzhen, China. There, we have a full capability: CNC machines, including 5-axis CNC machining, five-axis machines, and an experienced team of PU vacuum casting |Injection molding services, Surface finishing and coatings to ensure the highest quality and efficiency.

How are quality controls carried out?

We implement strict quality controls at every stage of the production process. This includes incoming material inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections before shipment. Our ODM MR smart glasses are the first 3C certificated and mass-produced in China.

What delivery times can you guarantee?

Delivery times vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project. Typically, we can deliver prototypes within 10-15 business days. For specific projects, we are happy to provide a detailed schedule.

Production and details

Which surface finishes (CMF) are possible?

The full surface finishing services are offered: Anodizing, Sandblasting, Electroplating, Metal brushing, Blackening Laser engraving, Screen printing, Spray painting, Passivation Polishing; Surface printing processes including (Screen printing, Pad printing, Hot stamping, Water transfer printing UV Printing); Further possibilities for detailing, We have facilities for applying UV coatings.

Which materials can be processed?

The following materials are processed as standard:

Plastics: ABS, PA, PEEK, PP, PMMA, PPE, PC, PPS, PET, TPV, PBT, TPE, POM, HIPS

Metals: Stainless steel, copper, aluminum, zinc alloys, titanium alloys

Decorative elements: Kevlar, Carbon fiber, leather, textile If required, special materials can be provided, or we can advise you on the required properties.

What is the solutions for transparent Prototype (PC/PMMA)?

PC: will be polished by steam polishing, surface roughness (Ra 0.06~Ra 1.0 )can be achieved. The PC block are available in a thickness of 150 mm. the milling radius for facets and reflector surfaces）——Standard: R 0.15 mm, Minimum: R 0.1 mm (depending on the component)

PMMA: polished by hand, surface roughness can achieve Ra 0.04~Ra 0.08, the maximum raw part thickness (PMMA Clear, maximum 190 mm, PMMA lilky, 80 mm, PMMA Black , 60 mm), PMMA color are available like Transparent, black, white, Milky (diffuse) for CNC machining

Which colors can be reproduced in vacuum casting? Can you display VDI 3400 surfaces?

With PU casting, Any colors can be displayed, e.g. blue, red and also diffuse colors. clear transparent (ABS/ PC/ PMMA)

With CNC machining, we can create VDI surfaces after high-gloss polishing by painting.

With injection molding tools, the structures are already incorporated into the molds.
