We strictly comply with globally recognized color standards, covering PANTONE, RAL, TOYO, DIC, MUNSELL and NCS systems. For surface texture quantification (Ra roughness scale), we adopt authoritative texture standards including US MT Mold Tech, German VDI, and Hong Kong YS Yick Sang specifications.
Our professional coating engineers deliver customized paint finishes across all gloss grades: High Gloss, Semi-Gloss and Low Gloss, alongside soft-touch textured coatings. Custom color matching is executed under standard color-corrected lighting to fully satisfy your CMF design requirements.
Our expert polishing team supplies a full spectrum of surface treatments: Mirror Polishing, Brushed Texture, Turning Texture and Abrasive Blasting (A/O & Glass Bead blasting applicable). These finishing solutions work flawlessly on plastic, metal and pre-painted components to achieve precise CMF implementation.
Polishing
Our experienced technicians provide precision hand polishing for all materials. We deliver crystal-clear PMMA/PC transparent parts and mirror-finished aluminum & steel components.
We also handle part fitting, insert installation and pre-sanding, preparing workpieces for painting, chrome plating or anodizing.
Polishing removes surface peaks via graded abrasive grinding to form smooth, highly specular surfaces and minimize diffuse reflection.
Anodizing
Anodizing applies to aluminum, titanium and magnesium only; steel and stainless steel are not compatible. It greatly boosts adhesion for paints and other surface coatings.
We supply Type II and Type III anodization: Type II supports abundant color options, and Type III features thicker layers and superior wear resistance.
Key benefits: wear & corrosion resistance, heat dissipation, electrical insulation, better coating adhesion and decorative appearance.
Sanding
Parts sanding is available manually or with handheld tools.
We provide three standard internal sanding grades by default:
- Coarse: ≤150 grit
- Fine: ≤320 grit
- Extra fine: ≤600 grit
Custom grit specifications are supported; 600 grit is our regular high-standard finishing option.
Painting
Color appearance matters equally to product functionality. We adopt official Pantone® plastic opaque color chips and conduct precise color matching under standard light sources.
Traditional printed paper Pantone swatches fail accurate color replication on plastic components due to material thickness and translucency differences. Our injection-molded Pantone chips cover 1,005 shades with 1/2/3mm thickness variants, enabling reliable color calibration for all plastic parts.
Brush Finish
We use authentic 3M® abrasives for custom brushed textures. Standard options are No.4 and No.6 finishes.
- No.4: Linear grinding with 320 grit alumina abrasive, then polished sequentially with green and red 3M Scotch-Brite pads.
- No.6: Linear grinding with 600 grit alumina abrasive, followed by green and red 3M Scotch-Brite finishing pads.
Vapor Polishing
PC vapor polishing requires precise environmental control and carbon respirators for operators. Toxic solvent vapor touches the PC surface for merely 1–2 seconds for instant polishing results.
Each operation is assigned three dedicated staff: kettle operator, part handler and external safety supervisor. The sealed chamber fills with Weldon vapor from the bottom up; powerful exhaust fans fully vent residual solvent after processing.
Machine Finish
High-grade solid carbide tools and advanced CAD/CAM software deliver superior surface quality via high-speed machining.
- Fine Milled Finish: Standard option for general applications with neat appearance.
- Premium Fine Milled Finish: Ultra-smooth surface with minimal roughness for high-spec components.
